Jerad Gubbels

Estimator/Superintendent

Jerad was born and raised in the greater Kansas City area. In 2004 he left Kansas and went to work with a General Contractor in Phoenix, AZ. In 2007 he decided he couldn’t handle the desert heat any longer and transferred to Denver. He came to work for Foothills in 2010, bringing with him over 6 years of experience, working on a range of projects including a terminal remodel at Phoenix Sky harbor, Office Buildings, Tenant Improvement and residential.

Jerad has experience in all phases of construction, including estimating, managing and superintending. He is a natural problem solver and enjoys working out issues that arise in the field. His attention to detail ensures work is done correctly the first time and that it will meet everyone’s expectations.
