Jake Rutt

Superintendent

Jake is a Colorado native who started his construction career as an Assistant Superintendent for a residential new home builder in Washington State.

He followed his heart and career back to Colorado, and truly enjoys being back in the Rockies working in the dynamic and fast paced world of commercial construction.

Jake embodies the Foothills spirit at every level with his ability to consistently meet or exceed the goals of the project team, and by creating a responsive client relationship that insures a stress free project completion. Jake has bachelor’s of arts in psychology from Colorado Christian University.
