David Miley

Superintendent

David was born and raised in Marion, Ohio, where he found his passion for construction. His career began with a custom home builder, and moved on to commercial construction in 1995 with a national general contractor. He has completed many tenant improvement projects since then, ranging from big box stores to retail, food, nutrition, and fitness projects throughout the U.S. In 2006 he moved to Colorado to enjoy everything the state has to offer. With over 21 years in the construction industry, David’s experience and knowledge are invaluable assets to the Foothills team.

In his spare time David enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, golf, and woodworking.
