Dan Norris

Superintendent

Dan Norris is an experienced construction professional with over 20 years of expertise in both residential and commercial projects. After graduating from Colorado State University with a degree in construction management, Dan started his career with a Denver area roofing contractor, where he gained experience and knowledge in all aspects of steep & flat roofing and sheet metal.

Dan then began work for a local home builder, where he learned residential construction as an on-site superintendent and project manager. He also has superintendent experience with commercial contractors here in Denver, working on a wide range of projects including ground up, renovation, tenant finish and government contracts.

Dan is excited to lend his expertise where needed to help Foothills continue building on its excellent reputation in the construction industry as a leader in quality built projects and customer satisfaction.

In his spare time, Dan enjoys being a dad to his 2 children, watching and attending as many of their sports and activities as possible. He is also a huge football fan, and considers a perfect day going to the CSU Rams home games.
